In a global world, teams are not brought together in just one office anymore. Leadership and being a remote leader is different from managing a local team. Communication and work is based on commited global settings. How can a leader manage a new workstyle yet his or her team works in different locations? Logistical, digital as well as cultural challenges need to be addressed. This training will provide knowledge and skills on how to be a remote leader and lead and adapt in a global world. Sharing opportunities and entrepreneurship and the transparency of information and needs are just two of the topics in Remote Leadership. Participants will also learn about fostering remote accountability, how to engage with global stakeholders and how to promote integrity and trust across disctances. New cultural ways of working mean we have to actively recreate our environment and perception. In this training, participants get a chance to do so by sharing their own Global Team Action Plan and learn how to unlock their leadership style potential (for example through co-creation with managers).
This training will be held in english language.
