Ein steigender Informationsfluss, die weiter wachsende globale Vernetzung, eine zunehmende Transparenz und eine verstärkte Individualisierung von Mitarbeitenden zählen derzeit zu den größten strategischen Herausforderungen für Organisationen. What I’d like to move and shake with this course: During this course, we will implement these principles to understand how we can lead agile talents today. We will create a safe, positive and effective work environment for managers and teams, which will prepare them to face the complexity of their tasks.
Experience I bring to the table: As CEO of Stragilon, I bring a lot of practical experience with me. Stragilon has clients worldwide and specializes in strategic agility and innovation. In addition, as a lecturer in an international MBA program, I am in contact with many researchers and students around the world. Currently, I am working on the development of Digital Map®, which helps teams understand their own situation during a process of change and stimulates organizations adopt an agile organizational culture.
